Become a KEYA Volunteer!
Have you ever thought about becoming a KEYA announcer? Interested applicants must be able to read well and have a command of the language. If you are interested in music an learning to be an announcer and want to do music programs like The Night Owl's Nest, Country & Western, Oldies, etc., or maybe your interested in doing the announcing during our sports broadcasting, applications are available at KEYA or you may also contact KEYA's Program Director, Jarle Kvale at 477-5686.

The latest weather information for Rolette county and the surrounding KEYA listening area is available on our Weather Information Line at 477-KEYA or 477-5392. You can also check here on our website, just click HERE. If you would like information on road conditions throughout the state, state-wide road reports for North Dakota are available by dialing 511.

Free Tax Preparation Services:
Legal Services of North Dakota is once again partnering with the Internal Revenue Service to bring volunteer income tax assistance to the Turtle Mountain Reservation and surrouning area. The Belcourt site will be open every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday through April 16th. Business hours are from 8:00am until 4:00pm at the Legal Services of North Dakota Outreach Office, located in the Turtle Mountain Tribal Prosecutor's office. This service is Free. To apply or to schedule an appointment, please contact Rhonda at 477-3710, 350-1663, or 1-800-634-5263.

Pathways to Prosperity is now offering it's free tax preparation. Hours are from 8:00am until 6:00pm Monday through Friday. Saturday tax preparation is also available by appointment only. Pathways to Prosperity has a second site located at the East Dunseith Housing, with tax preparation available Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9:00am until 3:00pm. For more infomation, call 477-3300.


If you love " The Voice of The Turtle Mountains" 88.5 FM K.E.Y.A. Public Radio - Listen up! Public broadcasting is the subject of a critical debate in Washington. The question under consideration is wheather to keep funding public television and radio to ensure quality news and cultural programming for our communities!

Go to and sign up for the 170 Million Americans Campaign. When you register you will receive e-mail updates about the status of this situation and an occasional request to take action. Take action by sending letters to your local represenatives in congress right from the website. Your voice matters the most.

KEYA Ka$h is played every Friday at 3:15pm. Purchase your tickets at the KEYA Studios or at the Turtle Mountain Mall Monday through Thursday from 8:30am until 5:00pm and Fridays until 3:00pm. The winner recieves 50% of the money collected that week.
