KEYA Public Radio strives to provide information, entertainment, and cultural programming to the Turtle Mountain Community. Guiding this service, KEYA will:
- Express, share with, and educate the community about the cultures within the listening area (Native American, as well as other traditions);
- Serve as a balanced source of information on local and national news and issues; and
- Emphasize programming from, by, and about the Turtle Mountain area.
